What we collect

If you just browse

A cookie remembering which city you chose, so the site shows you the right listings. If you use the “use my location” button, your coordinates are read in your browser only and used to pick the nearest city from our list — they are never sent to us and never stored.

We record that a call, WhatsApp or directions button was tapped, so businesses can see how many enquiries they got. That record holds the listing, the type of tap, the time, and a daily one-way hash — no name, no number, no raw IP address.

If you submit or claim a business

Your name, phone number and email, and the business details you send us. We use them to check the listing is genuine and to contact you about it. Business contact details you give us are published on your listing — that is the point of a directory — and personal details are not.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not pass enquiries to anyone but the business you tapped.
• We do not track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond within 15 days.
